How did the cast and the crew of The Help celebrate their film? With a hearty helping of macaroni and cheese, of course.
Following Tuesday night's Beverly Hills premiere, a Southern-themed afterparty honored the book-to-screen adaptation, which tells a story of racial tension in '60s Jackson, Miss.
The film's stars, including Emma Stone, Viola Davis, Bryce Dallas Howard, Octavia Spencer, Jessica Chastain, Mary Steenburgen and Allison Janney, were treated to Southern comfort food, such as fried chicken, pecan cupcakes and sweet tea.
Davis, who plays Aibileen Clark, a Mississippi maid making a living raising white children, ended the night on a sweet note – with some coca cola cake and apple crumble.
Cheers alum Ted Danson also showed some Southern hospitality, and he chowed down on fried chicken and mac and cheese alongside his wife Steenburgen.
