Are George and Cindy Anthony ready to tell their side of the story?
Don't count on it.
Through a lawyer, the parents of Casey Anthony – and grandparents of her dead daughter, Caylee – have denied they are trying to get a book deal following their daughter's acquittal of murder charges last month.
The New York Post claims Simon & Schuster has had exploratory meetings about a book, but the CBS-owned imprint says: "We are not publishing, and have never intended to publish, any book by Casey Anthony, her family or any member of her team."
George and Cindy attended a memorial Tuesday in their Orlando-area neighborhood with about 100 members of the public, on what would have been Caylee's sixth birthday.
