And that, she suspects, is probably why she was cast in the new season of Bravo's Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.
"I think a lot of [current Housewives] are guarded with what they say because of last season and the reaction they got from the world," she told PEOPLE Saturday while hosting Hpnotiq Harmonie's Single and Fabulous party at Las Vegas's Tao Beach.
"I don't really care. I feel like I say what everyone else is thinking. Hopefully I just bring a little realness to the show."
And though Glanville, 38, has yet to see any of the episodes from the upcoming season, she thinks she'll be portrayed accurately.
"I'm just me all day long," she said. "I'm me and hopefully that comes across."
One thing that won't be widely seen: her children, Mason, 7, and Jake, 4. Reports indicated that Glanville's ex-husband and father of the kids, Eddie Cibrian, didn't want them on the show.
Glanville said the children are only in the first episode. "I wasn't really comfortable with it. They don't need to be on it," she said. "They're used to the cameras because of the their dad. They're really outgoing. They're little hams."
