Bethenny Frankel's Dog Hits the Yoga Mat

Now that Hurricane Irene has passed, Bethenny Frankel is releasing all that storm stress with a little yoga – and so is her dog!

The reality star, who posted pictures of Irene's wrath in Long Island, N.Y., over the weekend, carved out time for some yogic stretches on Sunday, and later, her pooch Cookie did the same.

"Bryn's down & I'm in an up dog. Squeezing in 30 mins of yoga while I can," she Tweeted.



Cookie focused on mind and body by doing a modified downward dog on a mat just her size. "Ready for her afternoon yoga," Frankel wrote. "Namaste."
