Caught in the Act!

• She's eating for two – but Hilary Duff still had room for leftovers. The pregnant starlet stepped out to lunch at the Daily Grill in Studio City, Calif., with a male pal – and was observed smiling as she headed to her car with a bag of leftovers in hand.

• Newly-minted Dancing with the Stars contestant Kristen Cavallari and her pro partner Mark Ballas are already sticking together. The two alternated between indoor and outdoor seating at The Abbey in West Hollywood, and were bonding over gin and vodka cocktails. The two were also hanging out with Derek Hough and fellow DWTS castmate Rob Kardashian.

• They're still going strong! Avril Lavigne and boyfriend Brody Jenner hit up Casa Vega in L.A. for lunch with two male friends. The group shared guacamole, queso fundido, spinach enchiladas and some chardonnay. Says a source: "They were enjoying their time together."

• Kelly Preston had some mother-daughter bonding time with 11-year-old Ella Blue at Sugar Factory American Brasserie in Las Vegas. The ladies shopped around the store with some friends, picking out clothes, designer jeans and even some sweet treats.
