Not even minor injuries will stop America's Sweetheart from flashing her signature smile.
Spotted for the first time since being hit by a car on Wednesday, Reese Witherspoon, 35, stepped out in L.A. on Tuesday to attend a birthday party.
The Oscar winner had a black eye and a small bandage on her forehead, but she is "doing very well," her rep tells PEOPLE.
Witherspoon – who has chosen not to press charges against the 84-year-old whose vehicle hit her – was struck during a jog in Santa Monica, Calif., when the driver failed to yield in a crosswalk.
