Hilary Duff Spends Night at the Emergency Room with Her Dog

Mom-to-be Hilary Duff got a little practice this weekend for all those sleepless nights that lie ahead. The star spent Sunday night at the emergency vet with her Chihuahua.

"Didn't think I would be sitting at the emergency hospital at 2 in the am with Lola, poor girl has an eye infection!" she Tweeted Sunday. "Lil dog can't catch a break."

Sadly, the 6-year-old pooch has visited the vet a lot this year. She was at the hospital earlier this summer after experiencing repeated seizures.



"Please say prayers for my little pup Lola! She is having seizure over and over and I am basically having a nervous break down," Duff Tweeted in June. A few days later she reported that the dog was doing "much better."

The tiny pooch looked happy and healthy when she joined Duff at a spin class last month. Let's hope she gets well soon!
