Isis King is a self-proclaimed Renaissance woman and America's Next Top Model's only transgender contestant. The cycle 11 vet wrote about returning to ANTM as one of 14 all stars and blogs exclusively for PEOPLE about cycle 17.

In this post, King sounds off about her new makeover, posing with a hotdog and being judged by Ashlee Simpson.

Hate it or love it episode two of ANTM: All-Stars was the infamous makeover episode, where our new looks coincided with our personal brands as celebrity models.

After consulting with branding expert Martin Lindstrom, we were each given a single word that described our brands: Bianca Golden got "candid," Bre Scullark nabbed "girlfriend," and Sheena Sakai earned "unexpected." My amazing word was "inspiration" which was fitting because I inspire to be the best at everything I do, and motivate others to do the same.

With our brands coined, we got into makeover mode with guest judge Ashlee Simpson, who helped Mr. J with our "Ty-overs." I've always admired Ashlee, and her chartreuse-colored stilettos still stick out in my mind to this day.

Though some girls struggled with their new hairstyles, I went into the salon hoping to get a dramatic change. However I left with a splitting headache from getting my hair extensions put in. But that's a whole other story!

With my weave in tact, I rocked a sample size silver lame minidress (I was the only girl tiny enough to fit it!) for our photo shoot, which centered around Hollywood favorite Pink's Hot Dogs. I decided to go uber-masuline on this shoot with my posing, and many people ask me the reasoning behind it, which is pretty simple: I'm confident enough to embrace my masculine side.

Beyond everything else, I want to deliver an unconventional picture that will catch the judges's attention and get them talking so if getting into a thuggish or macho character is what I have to do, I'll do it!

At panel, Lisa totally deserved to get called first for the best photo of the week because she worked it and Sheena was sent home. As for me, I once again wore one of my designs, and André Leon Talley said I could have my very own dress line. What a dream to be judged by my body of work and not the body I was born in.

Until next week,
Isis King
