Paula Abdul spent the night hugging and grinning at her new boyfriend, Jeff Bratton, at the Echo, a concert venue in L.A.'s Echo Park neighborhood. The X Factor judge and her beau were there to check out electro-pop act Chad Valley, who is on Bratton's Cascine record label. Abdul seemed really into the music – and even swayed along, an onlooker says. – Jessica Herndon
