Kelly Ripa Plays Bridal Consultant on Say Yes to the Dress

What could be more daunting than shopping for the perfect wedding dress?

Having to do it for someone else.

That's what Kelly Ripa found out when she got the chance to play bridal consultant for a day – a job she's always wanted to try out – on Say Yes to the Dress.



"I'm terrified!" the Live with Regis and Kelly co-host says in PEOPLE's exclusive sneak peek at the new season of the Kleinfeld bridal reality show.

"This dress is heavy," she muses while struggling to lace up a gown on her bride. "I'm totally overwhelmed," Ripa, 41, confesses. "This could be the hardest job on the planet!"

The season seven premiere of Say Yes to the Dress, featuring guest consultant Kelly Ripa, airs Friday at 9 p.m. ET on TLC.
