Third time's a charm?

Spain's Duchess of Alba married for the third time at age 85 at a palace in Seville on Wednesday, according to BBC News.

The aristocrat wed Alfonso Diez Carabantes, a civil servant who is 24 years her junior, much to the dismay of her children.

"They don't want me to marry, but they change partners more often than I do," the duchess has said about her children, reports The Telegraph. "The tough part was that my children didn't understand and they got quite angry with me."

To assuage her family's concerns over the union, she divided up her wealth among her six children and grandchildren, and Diez Carabantes has reportedly relinquished his rights to her fortune.

The twice-widowed aristocrat is said to be one of Spain's richest women with assets estimated to be worth up to $4.7 billion.

The bride, who wore a salmon-pink knee-length dress with moss-green sash, celebrated her wedding by throwing her bouquet into the crowd and dancing the flamenco.
