Are they new friends? Chace Crawford and Joe Jonas were pretty chatty at the CK One Shock Launch party at New York's Gunbar. The guys discussed their plans for the week, and the Gossip Girl star also raved about how much he loves the Big Apple. Jonas, meanwhile, also chatted up model-singer Sky Ferreira, and he wasn't shy, according to an onlooker, who said the two talked about music and fashion. – Carlos Greer
