New couple alert? After performing a concert in Times Square, Joe Jonas celebrated with Sky Ferreira at the Hudson Terrace rooftop bar. Arriving at midnight, the pair danced, enjoyed cocktails and linked up arm-in-arm while talking to his family and friends. "They were in a great mood," says an onlooker.
