After a heroic, award-winning summer that included saving a life and scoring an Emmy, Kate Winslet enjoyed a much more down-to-earth day out Thursday.
The actress, 36, who rescued Richard Branson's mother from a fire on Necker Island in August and took home TV honors in September, enjoyed a brisk November stroll on the streets of New York City.
Hand-in-hand with rumored new beau "Ned Rocknroll" (Branson's nephew), Winslet walked alongside her children, Mia, 11, and Joe, 7, who showed off his skills on a skateboard.
Nothing like a mom who can swoop in and break a fall to build a kid's confidence on wheels!
