Nancy Grace has been dancing on borrowed time, dodging elimination despite poor marks from the judges.
But now, she was up against literal perfection – J.R. Martinez and partner Karina Smirnoff scored a pair of 30s
on Monday night's Dancing with the Stars.
And the rest of the competitors delivered strong performances. Is this the end for the dancer whom Carrie Ann Inaba called "the friskiest girl I've ever met?" Read on to find out.
It was a gracious Grace who left the ballroom, giving credit to pro partner Tristan MacManus for carrying them so far into the competition.
"It's been all Tristan from the get-go," she said. She also thanked the viewers "who stuck by me from way back when."
MacManus called the experience "a blast."
"We've really had a fun time," he said. "It's not about being the best. It's about doing our best."
Along with Martinez, the remaining stars are Hope Solo, Rob Kardashian and Ricki Lake.
