"Beautiful weather! Beautiful day!! I'm walking on a cloud and I'm so grateful," the Real Housewives of Atlanta star Tweeted Friday shortly before her marriage.
The couple, who have a 5-month-old son, Kroy Jagger Jr., together, said their vows around 4:30 p.m. at their Atlanta home.
The couple sent mushy Tweets to each other on their big day, with Zolciak retweeting a special missive from Biermann – "Thank u everyone 4 your early congrats and best wishes!!! @Kimzolciak has made me the happiest man alive!!! 11.11.11." – to which she added, "I love u."
The pair announced their engagement exactly one month ago. Zolciak, 33, told PEOPLE during her pregnancy that Biermann, 25, blended perfectly with her family, including daughters Brielle, 14, and Ariana, 9, from a previous relationship.
"He's really fantastic with my girls," she said. "I couldn't have asked for a better partner ever."
