A pregnant Hilary Duff – with bump in view – was joined by a female companion for a lunch date at Fig & Olive in West Hollywood. Duff had a light and healthful meal: mushroom soup and three crostini (mushroom, Manchego cheese and prosciutto). Says an onlooker: "She was in a great mood and enjoyed her gal time."
