It's down to four on Dancing with the Stars – J.R. Martinez, Ricki Lake, Rob Kardashian, and Hope Solo. And Brooke Burke Charvet believes they all have a legitimate shot at the mirror-ball trophy.

"I've always thought that J.R. was a frontrunner. I think Ricki has a shot at it as well. I think it's going to be one of those finales where we don't know what's going to happen," the co-host of the ABC show told PEOPLE Saturday at the Harajuku Mini for Target launch at Jim Henson Studios in Hollywood.

But don't count out Kardashian and Solo, either.

"Rob Kardashian, what a transformation, amazing!" Charvet says. "That shy boy that everybody met week one has left the ballroom. I'm really, really proud of him. And you know, [Maksim Chmerkovskiy] and Hope had a great week as well, so it's going to be exciting."

Charvet predicts it will come down, as usual, to one dance on the finale. "I really do believe it boils down to that freestyle," she says. "It's the most important dance of the season. On that night when America votes, whoever has the greatest dance that night, in my opinion, they win the mirror-ball trophy."

The semi-finals begin Monday night, with all four couples performing three routines each.
