"Lazy day with my guy!" she wrote on Twitter.
The lounging beauty worked on her tan before gearing up for her night out at the Beauty Book for Brain Cancer launch party at Grauman's Chinese Theatre in Hollywood, where she hit the red carpet solo.
Keibler's other leading man, Clooney, was busy around town on Monday, too, attending an L.A. screening of his new movie The Descendants.
