After spending time with her kids, Kate Winslet and beau Ned Rocknroll were spotted getting lovey-dovey together in Paris. The duo headed to dinner at L'Avenue where they arrived "hand-in-hand." According to an onlooker, the new couple was upstairs where they shared some kisses before their other dinner guests arrived. – Peter Mikelbank
