Britney Spears Enlists Fans to Help with Her Holiday Shopping

The holiday shopping season officially kicks off on Black Friday – and even Britney Spears is feeling the retail pressure.

On Wednesday, the pop star Tweeted to her fans, asking what she should buy for her mom Lynne, 56.

"Since I'm on tour, I'm gonna do my Holiday shopping online this year..but I need ur help picking out gifts. Let's start w/ mom! Any ideas?" she wrote.

Almost immediately, her 11.2 million followers chimed in on Spears's feed with suggestions. "GET YOUR MOM A CUSTOMIZED SLAVE 4 U OUTFIT," one Tweeted.

"She would look so hot!" Spears replied, also commenting on the suggestion of a French beret: "She would definitely look fierce :)"

Spears laughed out loud at this suggestion: "Give her a picture of you as Mrs.Claus, Jason as Santa and Sean and Jayden as little elves!" And she liked a sweet, simple suggestion from follower @TylerWasBTW: "I think you should get a scrap book made for her! That way you can have it hand made!

Spears, who will ring in her 30th birthday on Dec. 2, eventually settled on the hairstyling tool EZ Curler for her mom. "I think I'm gonna go w/ the pink one! Shhhh....don't tell mom," she Tweeted.

Spears is currently on the road for her successful Femme Fatale Tour, but she'll have plenty of time to spend with her family and her boyfriend of more than two years, Jason Trawick, for the holidays. The tour wraps up on Dec. 10 in Puerto Rico.
