Boyfriend George Clooney may be land-locked after elbow surgery, but that didn't stop Stacy Keibler from spending her Thanksgiving on the water.
The former WWE wrestler, 32, splashed around Thursday while vacationing in Cabo with her actor beau, 50, and celeb pals Cindy Crawford and Molly Sims, along with their husbands.
"We're going to Cabo with our friends and family," Keibler told PEOPLE recently when asked how she'd be spending Turkey Day.
This is a return trip for the couple – they rented a villa in the area last month to celebrate her birthday.
