The Sing-Off, NBC's a cappella competition show, signed off Monday, with the three finalists – Pentatonix, Urban Method and the Dartmouth Aires – battling it out for the grand prize of $200,000 and a recording contract with Sony Music.

In the end, Pentatonix, a quintet from Arlington, Texas, was crowned the winner of the show's third season.

"From the beginning, you guys blew me away ... and you continue to do it. Amazing," gushed judge Shawn Stockman of Boyz II Men.

The group performed David Guetta's "Without You" on the finale and collaborated with host Nick Lachey on 98 Degrees's "Give Me Just One Night (Una Noche)."

"I don't even know what to say," said Pentatonix member Scott Hoying. "I can't believe it."

The show also featured guest appearances by Smokey Robinson and rapper Flo Rida.
