Newly re-engaged starlet Kristin Cavallari enjoyed a low-key dinner at Union Restaurant & Lounge at Aria in Las Vegas on Friday night. The former reality star, there with a bevy of friends and Chinese Laundry executives (she's an ambassador for the brand), gushed about fiancé Jay Cutler and showed off her ring – the same sparkler she wore when they first got engaged in April (they split in July). Cavallari and her dinnermates shared family-style dishes like king crab tacos, Kobe sliders, mini gyros and potatoes au gratin before turning in on the early side.
