It's officially over for Ashlee Simpson and Pete Wentz.
The musicians, who cited irreconcilable differences when Simpson, 27, filed for divorce in February, dissolved their marriage on Nov. 22, according to court documents obtained by PEOPLE.
The pair, who wed in 2008, had son Bronx Mowgli in November 2008.
Nevertheless, the two have maintained a post-divorce friendship, and they've been spotted out spending time together and with their son. Wentz, 32, has said he has "nothing but love and respect" for his ex.
Both parties have moved on romantically, with Simpson dating Boardwalk Empire star Vincent Piazza and Wentz courting model Meagan Camper.
