Ashley Tisdale and music video director Scott Speer have called it quits after more than two years as a couple, PEOPLE confirms.
The former High School Musical star, 26, began seeing Speer, 29, in the spring of 2009.
While dating Speer, Tisdale said she was all about "a guy's personality," adding, "I like someone I can have fun with and who can be more laid-back than I am, because it calms me down."
Before getting together with Speer, she dated musician Jared Murillo.
