The former Dancing with the Stars contestant fractured her left hand in three places after she fell out of bed at a hotel.
"I must be the most accident prone/stupid person it the world," Osbourne, who was recovering from a concussion last month, Tweeted.
"The worst part is i permanently look like I'm giving everyone the thumbs up because of the way its casted!"
The left-handed star says her mom, Sharon Osbourne, has had to step in to brush her hair and cut her food for her. "I feel like a baby again," she Tweeted. "Of course my mum is loving it!"
Although Osbourne describes the pain as "bloody excruciating," her Twitter following won't be left in the dark, and she reassured a fan, "i do have 2 hands you know!"
