After celebrating New Year's Eve in Times Square, Giuliana and Bill Rancic returned to Chicago and enjoyed dinner at one of their favorite Windy City haunts, Joe's Stone Crab. The reality stars, who recently opened up about her battle with breast cancer, are reportedly planning to open a restaurant together in their adopted hometown. – Jennifer Garcia
