Gene Hackman is doing all right after a brief stay at a Florida hospital Friday.
According to his rep, the actor was "taken to a hospital for routine tests after being bumped from behind while riding his bike today in the Keys."
Continues the rep: "He's suffered minor bumps and bruises and is already on his way home."
News of Hackman's hospitalization first originated on TMZ.com, which reported that the 81-year-old actor was airlifted to a trauma center with head injuries after being hit by a car while riding his bike.
