They've still got each other, babe.
In their new show Q'Viva! The Chosen, Jennifer Lopez says that she can work with her ex Marc Anthony just like another famous showbiz couple did after their breakup.
Their relationship is "very Sonny and Cher after the divorce," Lopez jokes in the premiere episode, which was screened Thursday for reporters at the Soho House in Los Angeles.
"Really?" Anthony replies.
The first episode of the talent search, which was announced before their split but produced afterwards, shows Lopez, 42, and Anthony, 43, relaxed and playfully sparring while checking out talented performers in Puerto Rico.
After Anthony becomes smitten with two beautiful and busty twin sister dancers, Lopez gently chides him, "Let's keep the integrity of the show together."
Lopez and Anthony have filmed the series together and separately across Latin America in what their production company is calling a "docu-journey."
Q'Viva! The Chosen will premiere Jan. 28 in the U.S. on Spanish-language network Univision, with an English-language version expected to come to Fox later this year. It will also air in 20 countries in Latin America.
