More clues of what happened the night Demi Moore went to the hospital may emerge when officials release an edited version of the 911 call on Friday.
The Los Angeles City Attorney's Office reviewed the emergency call, placed Monday night from her home, for references to the actress's medical condition or medication – information that could violate privacy laws, the Los Angeles Times reports.
Moore, 49, who recently split with husband Ashton Kutcher, has sought "professional assistance" for the treatment of "exhaustion," her reps said after the actress was transported to the hospital.
A source tells PEOPLE Moore had what appeared to be a seizure before the 911 call was placed.
