Who is the rightful ruler of Westeros?

HBO has just released the first teaser trailer for Game of Thrones season 2, offering a tense taste of things to come. We see Lady Stark pointing a dagger at Littlefinger, Joffrey threatening to kill Sansa, and Tyrion – played by Emmy and Golden Globe winner Peter Dinklage – acknowledging how "the game is played."

"One of the great challenges of the second season is that the world just expanded enormously," David Benioff, executive producer and writer, said recently. "Not only do we introduce a great number of new characters, but we're journeying to all new locations."



The Game returns April 1 on HBO.
