As the New England Patriots prepare to face off against the New York Giants in Indianapolis, all eyes will be on the two men leading the way: Patriots quarterback Tom Brady and Giants quarterback Eli Manning.

Comparing the two may be tough, but because they're both so easy on the eyes, PEOPLE.com is happily sizing up Brady, 34, and Manning, 31, from how they work to how they play.

Showdown

Last time they met in uniform, Brady – who's thrown 300 touchdowns and passed 39,979 yards in his career – didn't leave the field victorious. Manning – who has 185 touchdowns and 27,579 passing yards to his name – helped the Giants secure a 20-24 win over the Patriots on their opponent's own turf at Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, Mass., last November.

As if that wasn't reason enough to seek vengeance: The Patriots lost the 2008 Super Bowl to the Giants, 17-14.

Their Cheerleaders

Brady has no need to play the field, with wife Gisele Bündchen – the world's highest-paid supermodel – by his side. Together since 2006, they have a son, Benjamin, 2. (Brady also has a 4-year-old son, John, with ex-girlfriend Bridget Moynahan.)

Manning has a very special fan base of his own: his wife of three years, Abby, and their daughter, Ava, who turns 1 in March. Talent runs in the Manning clan. His older brother is Indianapolis Colts quarterback Peyton Manning (who calls the Lucas Oil Stadium, where the Super Bowl will be held this year, home), and his father is NFL legend Archie Manning.

Body Building

The scores are tied when it comes to Brady and Manning's abilities to rock their football uniforms. So how do two of the NFL's hunkiest hard bodies stay at the top of their games?

In a previous interview, Brady said he clocks in 40 to 60 minutes of cardio six days a week, with weightlifting four days a week.

But don't forget the basics: No workout session is complete for Manning without a combination of regular stretching and foam rolling. "My father always stressed stretching when we were younger," he told Men's Health. "It's the main reason I'm able to stay healthy."

Playtime

Both also know how to embrace a little down time. Manning recently told reporters that his "go-to show" is the classic, Seinfeld, and he also tunes in to Modern Family.

Watching TV is nice – but Brady takes it up a notch. In 2009, he played golf with the Entourage guys in a cameo on the now-defunct HBO show.

Good Sports

When not helping their teams on the field, neither quarterback hesitates when it comes to lending a helping hand.

Just last summer, Brady hosted the second-annual Tom Brady Football Challenge to benefit one of his favorite charities, Best Buddies International, an organization that works with people with intellectual disabilities. (His wife was equally recognized as one of the most generous celebrities by Forbes.)

Also doing good over the summer, Manning helped Samsung raise $1.4 million at a "Hope for Children" gala in advocacy of kids' health. "This is a great cause," he told ESPN. "I love doing things to help children."

So, tell us: Which one are you rooting for?
