The newest face at Glee's McKinley High is none other than Real Housewives of Atlanta star NeNe Leakes, who guest starred on Tuesday night's episode as synchronized-swimming coach Roz Washington.
Leakes – whose real-life ego has been an issue for some of her Real Housewives costars – went all out for the role, clawing her way through hilarious lines like, "I am an Olympian. I won this bronze damn Olympic medal in Beijing, China. I had noodles with the president, and a threesome with Michael Phelps."
It's no surprise that Roz's archenemy is callous cheerleading coach Sue Sylvester, played by Jane Lynch. A face-off between the two characters indicated that Roz may be vying for Sue's job, with Lynch's character hinting that she may go on maternity leave later in the season.
"What you need to do is wake up and smell the menopause," Leakes's character says, in response to Sue's suggestion she was having a baby.
Leakes will revisit the role later this season, according to reports.
