Parminder Nagra is ending her marriage.
The Alcatraz actress – who formerly starred on ER – filed for divorce on Feb. 1 from celebrity photographer James Stenson, according to court documents filed in the Superior Court of Los Angeles.
The couple dated for seven years before they tied the knot in Hollywood almost exactly three years ago.
Citing irreconcilable differences, Nagra, 36, seeks joint legal custody over the couple's 2½-year-old son Kai David Singh Stenson, but would like sole physical custody, with visitation rights granted to her ex.– Dahvi Shira
