Clearly in this week's temptation, everyone had a plan – some contestants wanted to have the power and others to maintain self-control. In the end, Daphne ate more than 1,800 calories for the power but then her only switch was Conda and Jeremy.
Were you surprised by her moves? What did you think about how everyone in the house handled the changes?
Personally, I agree with Bob about not making things personal but instead focusing on the goal of getting healthy. The switch led both teams to face new emotions and challenges, but in the end some handled those changes better than others.
Jeremy was able to push through his trepidation and change, using his anger to lose 11 lbs. Buddy and Kim also had great weeks on the scale. I congratulate the red team for finding their sense of team and being successful on the scale.

While I didn't want to see Daphne go, the one thing I do know is that she thrives at home and I'm expecting her and Adrian to both look fabulous by finale and to support each other while they're away.
In the end, it was a difficult week but my favorite moment was when Dolvett gave Kim his phone so she could call her 6-year-old and wish her a happy birthday. While I applaud Kim for being on the Ranch to get healthy, I also know how much being away from your child can weigh on you as a mother. That call gave Kim the strength to continue and her daughter the birthday wish she was probably waiting for.
On a personal note, I'd like to congratulate the cast, crew, trainers and contestants of The Biggest Loser. Tuesday was the show's 200th episode. I'm proud to be a part of this television milestone.
