Michelle Obama Puts Bunny Ears on Bo

Looks like the Easter Bunny has some competition this year!

First Dog Bo donned a pair of familiar pink ears for an early Easter outing with mom Michelle Obama on Wednesday, visiting military families at the Walter Reed National Military Medical Center in Bethesda, Md.

The First Lady and her constant companion brought Easter cookies and tickets for the White House's Easter Egg Roll to share with the residents of Fisher House, which houses military families who have a member receiving medical care, and even joined in for some arts and crafts activities.

But as Mrs. Obama put it, the greatest pick-me-up she could provide was Bo himself.

"I have a final treat, which is I think the most important treat," she said. "I brought one of my best friends in the whole world, my only son – I brought Bo."
