Watch out: Amanda Bynes is back behind the wheel.

The former Nickelodeon actress didn't let a DUI arrest on April 6 stop her from hitting the party circuit – and backing over a curb with her car while using her iPhone behind the wheel on Thursday night.

A scantily clad Bynes, 26, was photographed with her thumb on the screen of her white iPhone, reportedly texting, as her rear wheels were over a red zone. It is illegal to text or to use a cell phone (unless it's hands-free) while driving in California.

She was "not even looking at the road," a photographer tells PEOPLE, adding that the actress "went right through a stop sign."

The troubled starlet was spotted with an unidentifiable male, headed to Greystone Manor Supperclub – the same place she partied the night of her arrest.

"Amanda and a male friend arrived at the club before midnight," an eyewitness tells PEOPLE. "She was behind the wheel of a black BMW. When Amanda saw the photographers, she tried to hide under her sweater as she entered the club. Amanda was in a good mood."

Bynes reportedly met with high-profile DUI attorney Richard Hutton shortly after making bail following her arrest, according to Page Six. Hutton is the same lawyer who represented Paris Hilton during her infamous case in 2007 when she went to jail for driving under the influence.
