She was also in sweet company for her celebration, spending time with her sons Brooklyn, 13, Romeo, 9, and Cruz, 7, and her 9-month-old baby girl.
"Having a lovely day with my boys and baby Harper!!" she Tweeted along with a photo of a fabulous party room, complete with balloons, flowers and a "happy birthday" banner.
