Fellow country cutie Miranda Lambert trails closely with four nods, including video of the year and female video of the year for her song "Over You."
Lambert's hubby Blake Shelton joins Taylor Swift, Rascal Flatts, and Lady Antebellum, who have three nominations each.
For the 11th year, the CMT Music Awards will air live from Nashville on Wednesday, June 6, on CMT and CMT.com.
