Carrie Bradshaw's home now has a new owner.
The four-story, five-bedroom Manhattan townhouse featured in Sex and the City as the home of Sarah Jessica Parker's character has been purchased for $9.85 million, according to the New York Observer.
The 4,100-square-foot property at 64 Perry St. sold for $9 million in November 2011 and was put back on the market in March for $9.65 million.
Neither the buyer nor the seller of the home, which boasts wooden floors and six fireplaces, is identified in public records, the Observer reports.
The house is featured as a stop on the popular Sex and the City tours around Manhattan. Tim Gunn once resided in an upstairs apartment in the building, according to the Observer.
