Kim Kardashian wants her ex-husband Kris Humphries to sign on the dotted line.
A lawyer for the reality star, 31, who filed for divorce from Humphries, 27, in October after 72 days of marriage, told an L.A. judge Friday it's time to move forward with proceedings, according to the Associated Press.
"I feel that [Humphries]' personal feelings and maybe some media drive is keeping this case alive," Laura Wasser said, adding that the pair are now eligible for divorce because it has been six months since the filing.
The lawyer also warned that Humphries, who is seeking an annulment from Kardashian – claiming fraud – will have to pay big bucks if the case goes to trial and Kardashian wins.
Neither Kardashian nor Humphries was in court on Friday. The lawyers were asked to return to Superior Court Judge Stephen Moloney on Aug. 15 for a status hearing.
