Justin Bieber Graduates from High School

Selena Gomez must be proud.

At some point between promoting his latest fragrance "Someday," clocking time in the recording studio (and a spending time with girlfriend Gomez), Justin Bieber finished high school.

"I passed my test – I'm free," the pop star, 18, tells the U.K.'s Daily Telegraph. "It was hard doing school and work every day."

Inspiring him to hit the books: his other No. 1 fan.

"That was something my mom really wanted me to do, so I had to do it for her," he says, a nod to his mother, Pattie Mallette. "I mean, this kind of lifestyle has given me a different perspective on life."

But it looks like the pop star won't be taking his act to the lecture halls of university.

"I've been able to travel the world," he adds. "At school, usually you have to do a lot of writing and reading. I'm really not into that stuff. I like to be out there."
