The bandage-sporting teen star stepped out Monday in Beverly Hills, reportedly to visit his doctor, after undergoing a procedure on his nose recently.
"Just had surgery to fix my broken nose," the actor Tweeted on May 9. But luckily he found some entertainment as he convalesced – Tweeting at Jennifer Love Hewitt about enjoying her Lifetime television show.

Before his surgery, the actor, 19, who didn't elaborate on his injuries or his surgery, attended the White House Correspondents' Dinner in Washington, D.C.
