Newly single Sofia Vergara recently planned an impromptu retreat with the love of her life – her son.
Her only child Manolo, along with one of his friends, joined the actress on a private plane, which took them to the Viceroy Anguilla, a luxe, 35-acre resort in the Caribbean.
"Her plan was to eat healthy, do yoga and relax," a source tells PEOPLE of the mini-vacay.
The trio's trip included a boat excursion, a dance party and dinner at a Mexican restaurant.
