Just after she was arrested in New York City for allegedly drinking a beer in public and handing a police officer a fake ID, Scout Willis was seen out and about in the city.
Wearing sunglasses and holding a (non-alcoholic) beverage, Willis, 20, was photographed walking arm-in-arm with an unidentified man in New York Tuesday.
The middle daughter of Bruce Willis and Demi Moore is due back in court on July 31, after refusing to plead guilty to the misdemeanor charges.
Stacey Richman, Willis's attorney, called the arrest "ridiculous" when speaking to PEOPLE Tuesday. "Seriously, you were underage once," she said, "who wasn't looking to get into a bar?"
Willis is a student at Brown University and also performs as the lead singer in Gus + Scout, the duo she formed with Jann Wenner's son Gus.
