True, this weekend was about the Queen, but the Duchess of Cambridge definitely cemented her position as fashion royalty during the Diamond Jubilee celebrations in London.
To kick off the festivities, Kate donned a pleated red Alexander McQueen dress, accessorized with a matching Sylvia Fletcher for James Lock and Co. hat, a crimson McQueen clutch, Strathearn tartan scarf, a pin gifted from the Royal Navy and her favorite L.K. Bennett "Sledge" pumps.
A similar version of the dress was once worn by Kim Kardashian, however 90 percent of StyleWatch readers preferred Kate's look.
For her final appearance at the Jubilee Kate stunned in a long-sleeved nude lace McQueen sheath. She topped off the perfectly tailored dress with a Jane Taylor fascinator, matching clutch and those L.K. Bennett heels.
