Getting a sneak peek at Angelina Jolie as Maleficent for the first time was certainly chill-inducing – but seeing the actress fully in character as the evil sorceress is an entirely different story.
Jolie was recently spotted on the London set of Maleficent in a billowy brown robe – her head adorned with the character's iconic horns. Holding a long, black staff and sporting an intimidating expression, Jolie looks, well, pretty menacing.
The movie, which explores how Maleficent grew up to be the famous antagonist of Sleeping Beauty, isn't set to debut until March 2014 – but these sneak peeks from the set will just have to satisfy our curiosity in the meantime.
