McCarthy whipped out her coconuts (we're talking about the fruit!) and whipped up a Colada Cooler, using Svedka's new Colada vodka, which blends pineapple, coconut and a bit of mango together.

Svedka's Colada Cooler
• 2 oz. Colada• ¾ oz. honey syrup
• ¾ oz. lemon
• 2 oz. strawberries
Muddle strawberries in honey syrup. Pour remaining ingredients in a mixing tin. Add ice. Shake. Strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with a wedge of lemon. Enjoy!

American Honey Summer Solstice Cocktail
3 oz. Wild Turkey American Honey6 oz. fresh squeezed grapefruit juice
2 dashes angostura bitters
1 sprig rosemary
Combine American Honey, grapefruit juice and bitters in a tumbler with ice and stir. Strain into a Collins glass filled with ice. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary.
