Christina Aguilera and Matt Rutler Share a Five-Course Dinner Date with Her Son Max

Christina Aguilera and beau Matt Rutler got a taste of Monterey, Calif., on Saturday night.

The couple stopped by the city's popular eatery, Restaurant 1833, with The Voice mentor's son Max, who comes out with the pair frequently.

Munching on a five-course prix fixe meal that included various fish and meat options, the duo's dining experience cost $65 per person. They also sipped on wine pairings.

Says a fellow diner to PEOPLE, "Christina was very kind to the staff and incredibly attentive to Max."
